    What is Upcycled Material?

    We reuse material from items that are no longer able to be used in it's primary purpose. IE - Jeans with a hole that no longer functions as jeans, instead of disposing of the entire item, we recycle or upcycle the material into new products, such as scrunchies! Reducing waste is important to us and our planet.

    Are your Scrunchies truly hand made?

    YES! We hand make our scrunchies but we do use a sewing machine to help speed the process. Each scrunchie we make is sewn and checked for flaws!

    Kountry Apparel Processing and Shipping Times

    Kountry Apparel Processing time is 1 - 3 business days with shipping coming in next at 2 - 4 business days. Most purchases will be processed and shipped within 2 days, and most orders are delivered within 5 business days. Depending on the time of the year and holidays, shipping may be delayed due to USPS or other shipping facilities being closed on specific dates.

    Sizing Details for products are listed with an image in most listings, please be sure to look there to find information concerning sizes. Most unless marked otherwise are true to size - but you may order a size smaller for a tighter fit, or a size larger for a more loose fit.
